Can I change or cancel my order?

This is not possible as standard. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. The final delivery time depends on the delivery service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and other payment options available during checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. Products must be unused and free of hair and dirt.

How do I request a return?

When will I get my refund?

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.
