PUUR Stomac 100g is for a healthy stomach function. For excessive gas formation in the stomach and excessive grass eating. For the right amount of stomach acid, healthy stomach lining, and reduces nausea.

Dosage

1 – 2 times daily: 1 scoop of 1 ml contains approximately 1 gram.
Dog > 25 kg 3 scoops
Dog 10-25 kg 2 scoops
Dog < 10 kg
Cat 1 scoop

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product multiple times a day, once a day or once every 2 days is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dosage. Even then, this product can be used effectively, but the response may be slightly delayed. When your animal is moving smoothly again, you can reduce the dosage to half of the indicated dosage.

Administration

Can be mixed with food. Moisten PUUR Stomac 100g so that it is not blown out of the feed bowl.

Always ensure good quality food and adjust the conditions to your animal's needs. Stomach problems can be the result of stress; try to avoid this.

Duration of treatment

In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can range from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, continue administering this product for a few more days.

In case of long-term discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. With improvement, a maintenance dosage can be started. This is usually half of the dosage indicated on the package. When dosing this product, carefully observe the animal's reaction. Initially, a higher dosage may be necessary; this product can safely be given in a double dosage. Gradually reduce the dosage to the lowest possible dosage.

This product can be given continuously. It is advisable to include a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks. This way, the ‘stimulus’ can be offered again after the stop week. Resume treatment immediately if there is a reason to do so.

Interaction and contraindication

Always use in consultation with the attending veterinarian during pregnancy and lactation. To date, no side effects of this product are known or have been reported.

Storage

Avoid direct sunlight and store this product dry at a temperature between 5-20 °C. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date is stated on the bottom left of the label and under the jar.
