PUUR Probiotic 50g is a human food supplement specifically formulated to support a healthy gut flora. A balanced gut flora is essential for overall health, as it contributes to optimal digestion, a strong immune system, and human well-being.

PUUR Probiotic contains a unique combination of beneficial bacteria (probiotics) that play an important role in maintaining a healthy balance in the intestines. These bacteria help support the natural gut flora and can contribute to restoring balance after, for example, antibiotics, stress, or a change in diet. In addition to beneficial bacteria, PUUR Probiotic also contains FOS (Fructo Oligosaccharides) which serve as a nutrient base for the bacteria (prebiotics).

The gut flora consists of billions of microorganisms that work together to digest food, absorb nutrients, and excrete waste products. A healthy gut flora strengthens the immune system, as approximately 80% of the immune response is located in the intestines. Additionally, an imbalanced gut flora can lead to discomforts such as diarrhea, flatulence, bloating, or a reduced appetite.

An imbalanced gut flora can arise after a period of stress, surgery, or after using medication. PUUR Probiotic can offer support in these situations.

Take PUUR Probiotic for a period of 6 weeks to provide proper support for the gut flora. After opening, probiotics have a limited shelf life. Therefore, purchasing the correct amount is important. Do not leave the jar open for longer than 5 months.

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor/therapist, twice daily for the 1st week

< 10 kg 0.5 gram
10 – 25 kg 1 gram
25 – 80 kg 1.5 gram
> 80 kg 2.5 gram

Reduce the dosage to once daily after the first week. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage.

The measuring spoon in PUUR Probiotic 50 gram contains approximately 0.5 gram.

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product multiple times a day, once a day or once every 2 days is sufficient. Then give the maximum daily dosage. Even then, this product can be used effectively, but the reaction may take a little longer.

Upon improvement, a maintenance dosage can be started. This is usually half of the dosage indicated on the package. When dosing this product, carefully observe the individual's reaction. Initially, a higher dosage may be needed; this product can be safely given in a double dosage. Gradually reduce the dosage upon improvement to the lowest possible dosage.

Administration
Preferably dissolve powder in lukewarm water, let stand for fifteen minutes, stir, and ingest/administer. Preferably on an empty stomach.

Duration of treatment
In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If improvement occurs, continue administering PUUR Probiotic 50g for a few more days. For long-term discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks.

This product can be given continuously. Gradually reduce the dosage upon improvement to the lowest possible dosage.

Interaction and contraindication
Always use during pregnancy and breastfeeding in consultation with the treating physician.

Storage
Avoid direct sunlight and store this product dry at a temperature between 5-20 °C. Keep out of reach of children. The expiration date is stated on the label and the box.
